When tickets become available:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Tickets may be exchanged for different dates subject to availability and with advance notice
• Children under 5 are admitted free of charge
• Tickets must be presented at the gate for admission
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced

All attendees must follow event rules and regulations:

• No outside food or beverages are permitted
• Pets are not allowed (service animals are welcome)
• Costumes are encouraged but must be appropriate for all ages
• Weapons (real or replica) are subject to inspection and approval
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event
• Photography and videography may occur throughout the event

Vendor applications are subject to approval and the following terms:

• All vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted
• Vendors must provide current liability insurance
• Food vendors must have appropriate permits and licenses
• All products and services must be appropriate for a family-friendly event
• Vendors must comply with all event rules and regulations
• Setup and breakdown times must be strictly observed

By attending events organized by Birdsell Castle Events, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You attend at your own risk
• We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss
• The event operates rain or shine; no refunds for weather conditions
• Some activities may involve inherent risks
• Emergency medical services are available on-site
